I've been a long time player of Flux(since 2017) and I've been on and off in terms of being apart of the community, mostly fixing myself. Some things people don't know is that I collect Pokémon cards as well as numerous other items, I'm stepping up in my workplace to assistant manager and I completed my Nail Technology certificate this year! I'm a sucker for all things artistic and Scooby-Doo. I first got into Garry's mod in school and racked up most of my hours in the murder server I Head-Admin'd for, I loved the game and at that time was only paired with TF2 and after awhile Minecraft (as I was playing on a fat fucking school laptop). With my over 2,500 hours on Garry's Mod I still somehow keep coming back to the game, I'm gonna be honest tho Melon Bomber is my fav gamemode. Reason for Application: I've always loved this server, I've tossed and turned about applying every so often and even asked staff months back (a year ago? I can't remember.) for staff recommendations although decided not to apply as I wasn't in a good head space. I've always come and gone from the Discord server itself and although I'm not active in the voice chats(too noisy for my taste.) I'm quite active in the text messages, when it comes to wanting to apply for staff it's just to be apart of a forever growing community and being able to give a helping hand where I can. I cannot speak like others do to say that there's a lack of staff as in my opinion there's not but as Flux continues to grow and change, I think it'd be great to have more staff applicants just to be there and give their opinions, help out and overall continue to make Flux better. Previous Experience: Flux TTT - Trial Mod ThatOneGame - Head Admin (Murder server.) Additional Comments: Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball should be apart of game-night.

Neutral leaning to +1 Initially you came across as quite toxic, loud and rowdy, but as of late you have improved in your interactions with the community and levelled out significantly. thus you seem to be making a good effort to become a good staff member, but as a few others have touched on, more activity more often is key, yes you have been on a lot more regularly as of late but a bit more activity would be advantageous as to gauge if you'll stick around or not. Other than those qualms I have, your knowledge of the gameplay is impeccable and you get along with the majority of people well, if accepted you would make a good addition to the team if the aforementioned improvements continue. Wow these forums are dead thanks to reddit/discord. Just creating a mega-thread for us friendly fellows to share/discuss music. Post your bangers, post what you sit up listening to until 6am whilst staring out of the window, slumped against the wall and wishing you were dead. Idk just put some life into these forums besides shitposts and ban appeals. Here is what I would consider a banger but idk might put more effort into posts if I see activity happen.

Man its been a while since I was *really* on. This was a safe space for me to be on and a great time with the likes of Wookie, Menace, and my number one supporter for when I was running for moderator- Sazzag. As times come, new games and opportunities arise, however I will be trying to put more time in this server, regaining lost friendships and meeting new regulars. It's good to be back!

Obviously a +1 from me seeing as I gave you my recommendation, however I do agree that you gotta get your playtime up a bit

Have definitely sung at least half of these at karaoke bars and are all absolute solid song choices. Can't help but feel this song is missing from the list though

You'd genuinely add a great dynamic to the staff team and the decisions made behind the scenes. However, You are very inactive, and you are not a very nice person in my view, as we've had severe strife's between us in the past. I think play a little more and be more personable on the server and in discord. Neutral

-1 Apologies but from my experience, Milk is not very active in the ingame TTT server, and is very prone to picking fights. However, I have seen her be fairly active with posting suggestions and giving good and useful feedback on a lot of changes/ideas in the discord. My thoughts on the matter are quite mixed, though this is neutral opinion highlighting your negatives and positive qualities.

Man I don't know if you've been playing TTT lately but half the time the server will be 20+ people with no staff, or you'll have 1-2 staff dealing with a backlog of 500 RDM reports. Not to mention that Garry's Mod isn't particularly a game that one can enjoy round the clock, it's better to get more people up to speed for when/if current staff burnout or just want to fuck off for a few weeks

Hey there Broken, you are currently very new to the server and the community in general, I advise you to get yourself known in Discord and to also play a bit more before applying. Every community looks for dedicated staff to moderate their servers and Flux is no different, but at this current time I dont think you are the best candidate for moderator. -1

How to Play: Three different roles are randomly assigned to players each round: Innocent, Detective and Traitor. Innocents: Your job is to roam the map and try to spot a player committing a traitorous act (Shooting players, killing, etc.), and kill all of the traitors you spot, while not killing any other innocents. When all traitors have been killed, innocents win the round! (Is anyone not given a role) Detective: Your goal as detective is to assist the innocents in hunting down the traitors using the provided tools to ensure an Innocent victory.
