Why do you want to become staff?

I just really wanted to be apart of the team and help out when I can, I'm usually always on and being apart of the staff as a whole instead of just the staff chat would make me very happy. I'd love to get back into the staff seat because I'm sick of specific staff members being targeted and I'd like to do something about that.
