!pm feature

!pm already exists its just restricted to trusted+, would be something of a QoL feature. I'd like the access of the command to be available to everyone.

People that have it already use it for metagaming, giving it to everybody is just asking for more lmao

Metagaming and whatnot, if it isn't already allowed for new players, it might be allowed later on.
