While i do believe Wheezer that he regrets saying these stuff - i don't think he regrets it for the right reasons. He was saying these slurs loud and proud until now, where potential consequences could be put on him. I don't think its very professional for a mod to be acting like that - plus shifting the blame on yaboi after being reported "dont act like a golden angle', just shows his immaturity. Pretty disgusting behaviour from a moderator and probably just stems to a lack of maturity.
