Why do you want to become staff? to stop RDM ruining the game

 

Do you have a mic and how often do you use it? Yes, reasonably often.

 

How many hours do you have on our server? 120h+ (as of 24th of the 1st 2018)

 

Have you been a staff member on any gmod servers? yeah, i've been staff (both mod and admin) on three TTT servers and two darkRP servers.

 

These are things that will most likely occur on our server please tell us how you would handle these situations; 

 

What would you do if you see someone RDM or Mass RDM then leave? In the case of RDM add twice the autoslays they would get if they didn't dc. in the case of mass RDM + DC i would ban them for about two weeks.

 

What would you do if someone starts abusing another player? warn them to stop and forcefully stop it if they don't.

 

What would you do if someone is mic spamming? ask them to stop then gag if they don't.

 

What would you do if you catch someone hacking or scripting? Perma Ban.

 

What would you do if you catch someone metagaming/ghosting? Warning + Punishment. temp ban if they don't stop.

He's very friendly and has a really positive attitude. I think he would make a great staff member as I do not see many online most of the time and there is alot of mass RDM so I personally think that he would be a great addition to the staff.
