Description of incident:

Spawned in and Raging Ranga RDMs me, I report him, no admins on. I ask him why he did it he tells me to go have a cry, is this the sort of players you want representing your community? Pretty sure this guy was just on to troll and break your rules, sad thing he's a donator. Please deal with this.

Unfortunately this isn't enough evidence to hand out a ban, however this player will be watched in the future. If he does it again without staff around, please supply pictures of the logs that clearly show him RDMing.
