Add M1 Garand

Suggestion: Add M1 Garand as a weapon *Ping*

How will this benefit the server? Adding a weapon with more diversity in that it goes *Ping* when you fire your last round. We've seen that semi-auto weapons like the winchester have been popular in gun play, this would be a nice touch.
