Mod stripper suggestion

Suggestion for a free but UNTRADEABLE but 100% success rate mod stripper whenever a gun gets nerfed or buffed. Lotta people build their guns according to the gun stats, feels right that we can remove and re-use any mods if the gun stats get changed.

 

Good example being the L85. Used a damage increase mod specifically to get over 100 damage headshot damage, but now its been nerfed (yeah, am aware it can still oneshot but thats not my point). Other examples could include the remington before the headshot buff, needed damage+ to get it over 144 damage. Damage+ mods are incredibly rare and we put a lot of thought into when to use them ._.b
