Found out I got restricted when I tried to type in an actual suggestion into the chat. 

I got banned for posting something along the lines of "crash people who type in !report". 

I thought that it would be perfectly fine if I posted a joke like that into the chat, because most of the suggestions were (at the time, to me) borderline jokes, and everyone else was posting dumbass things like "make the dead deathmatch make you visible to people alive also make it so you can kill people that are alive (so I can kill the noobs) thx" (he didn't get restricted, btw) and "mute sanber" at the time. I didn't read the warnings that Higashi had written earlier in the chat, and I'm fairly certain that the channel description wasn't there when I wrote in my joke. I just wanted to join in on the fun, didn't mean to misuse the chat, just wanted to make people laugh. 

My bad for posting something I shouldn't have, since I can't type in that chat I'll just post my suggestion here:
