This gives new players a hard time as they are constantly rdmed with no repercussions (exept for karma) I also feel that I would be a fair and active mod who would regularly do reports Previous Experience: Moderator on a minecraft/discord server (Blaze gaming) Additional Comments: Please we need more active mods

I am writing to appeal my recent ban from the server, which I believe was issued due to a misunderstanding. The ban occurred while I was playing on an alternate account. I want to clarify that I was not cheating or engaging in any behavior that violates the server's rules. I was using the alternate account solely to avoid personal harassment and bullying I’ve experienced while playing on my main account. My intention was to enjoy the game peacefully without any disruptions. It seems that the ban was based on a 5-second spectator mode clip. While I understand the challenges of monitoring gameplay for potential rule-breaking, spectator mode can sometimes be misleading due to latency and desynchronization issues. I believe this clip may not accurately represent the situation or my gameplay. I can confidently say that I was playing legitimately and adhering to the server's rules. I genuinely enjoy playing on Flux and have great respect for the community and the effort the admins put into maintaining a fair environment. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or demonstrate my gameplay in a live session to clear up any doubts. I believe you haven't been around and engaged enough with the community for me to make a good decision on you. Sure, your cool and usually get along well on the server, but this communities mod team is a bit more than a bunch of people playing on the server only. To get my vouch, you will need to; Have more server exposure so I can see you on and how you are more. Use discord more and become more involved in community discussion and make urself more known. Until then, good luck with ur application man, hopefully it goes well , I don't doubt you'd be an excellent mod for the team if I see you on more
