Issue with Points purchase

I purchased the 25,000 POINTS & 1,000 DONATOR POINTS package and typically its within 30 seconds that the package is applied.

 

As of writing this ticket (2+ rounds from purchase) I still haven't received it

 

Please advise.

Sometimes your bank(Depending on how you donated) may take up to 3 days to send, check if your payment went through and if it did, send a support ticket in the donation page and it will be handled from there.
