Updated TAB Menu to display the map and players. Added Banner to the TAB Menu. Added Custom Rank prefix set by SteamID. Set Max Velocity for bhop_frankerz_999xl_extreme to 99999 (gamemode default is 5300). Fixed/ Enabled VIP Menu for Trusted and staff Ranks. Trusted and Staff ranks now count as 2 votes on the mapvote. Made gamemode Admin panel and ULX admin separate.
