Replace Jihad sound

I wish for the server to be more immersive as if you are inside a place actually taken over by terrorists.
We already have a 9/11 item so why not make the Jihad sound more culturally acceptible

Thus, we should replace the jihad sound with the phrase "Allahu Akbar" being screamed.

 

My genius is so large, sometimes it scares pornstars.
