Adding Crowbar mods, specifically knockback

A super super rare chance to roll a crowbar skin with a knockback mod of sorts on it, giving the ability to launch players further when right clicking. 

Maybe some day after this, more crowbar mods could be added, such as Fire burning, sharpness, etc
