I accidentally threw an incendiary grenade which I thought was a smoke grenade due to the model having grey stripes instead of an orange stripes to indicate that the grenade was an incendiary grenade. On top of that I also didn't know that there were 5 people camping out in the shed when I threw the grenade. This was a simple mistake and I hope you guys can resolve it.
