I have suppled the steam community profile links, steam identification and steam current given name at the time of 1:12 AM (9:30 Southern Australian time) so yes the fucking Eastern States are 30 minutes ahead. These players have come on, admitted to metagaming, mass rdm with blatant cheating involved. 1 of the players (AAAAAAAAAAAA...) has a VAC ban 618 days ago from when I currently made this post. Some of the players who witnessed this beside me can hopefully vouch for these accusations to make it more authentic.
