Ban SandstormMan Meta-gaming and lying

Staring at traitors throughout game. Shot two traitors randomly in the beginning and in mid game who haven't even begun killing people, was waiting on top of the sewers of minecraft map for an afk traitor in sewers, who disconnected and Sandstorm went away as it happens.

 

Excuse was: 'someone shot me first' when traitors was in the open with everyone else, he shot when no innocent noticed.
