Flux has been my favorite gmod community and I've had enormous amount fun playing over the years. Outside of flux, I'm a University student studying graphics design and working on the side, but I always keep busy with little projects here and there. With a long period of free time coming up, I am planning to spend an enormous amount of time on the server socializing, working on projects, and hopefully helping moderate. Reason for Application: I'm quite dedicated to flux, and taking an official moderation position is something I would take seriously. I'd like to help out, especially in the hours where most of the staff are off later in the night. I have been active playing on the server and generally a lot of people already assume that I'm a moderator, so I believe making this application is the right decision to make on my part to clear up confusion and also spend more of my time helping the server and the community overall. Higashi Posted February 25 Share Posted February 25 Neutral Hey man, there is no doubt in my mind or anyone elses that you have done a great deal for the server and community through your designs and unpacking skins and helping them be on the server in the first place, there's just a few things that would be problematic to you being staff on the server that I've personally seen you haven't changed in or made an effort into changing, I've already brought these things up with you in the past as I'm sure you're aware, some of them: A bit of a bias when it comes to punishment and more importantly 'over'-punishing people you dislike Holding way too many grudges, I love you but you hold grudges like no other mfucker ive ever seen Tangents of blatant toxicity, targeting and rdming when it comes to those grudges (These were funny as fuck to watch tho im ngl, the people you did target do sometimes deserve it, but I'd thought to bring it up on here) The rest i've already discussed with you personally in the past, I'm not inherently opposed to you becoming staff as its literally a trial for a reason but I think you do your best work with the community away from a staffing role.
