put 3 mods of same tier in, get 1 random mod of same tier out - FREE

Pros: - good to get rid of lots of shitty mods of same tier sitting in invent
- promotes the use of mod strippers on lesser quality mods

Cons:
- someones going to complain they didnt get damage increase mod
- more gamba = bad but its the onlyway
