Description of incident:

Lexx gave myself as well as truth an ingame warning for metagaming when all I did was false kos him as I fell off a building.
the proper punishment for that is 1 slay.

truth was tabbed out listenting to ice spice so he did nothing wrong.

idk why this child who is mentally unstable has been given mod lmao
he's arguably more unstable than onlyinred.

bro also told me to kill myself on forums cause I said he had no in game money

not even lying anymore, you can call this "staff disrespect" all you want but you have literally got a child on the staff team who can't handle his emotions.

You don't have a history of saying kys so I will take you at your word be more carefully next time.

This is also a soft warning I don't want to see this kys unless you make it clear that you mean keep yourself safe.

Looking though all the post history I only see 1 time when lexx said kys when I look up your history I see multiple times.

This might be a surprise to you but mods are just trustworthy regular players on the server the only difference between you and a mod is trust.

Also, @ Sleepy , @ Nick  and @ truth  at the end of the day this is just a game there isn't any need for drama.

I don't have a problem with you reporting a staff member but all 3 of you have a somewhat negative history, lexx currently doesn't.

I don't believe they will be able to provide any evidence.

Therefore your warning will stay unless you can provide proof.

Warnings expire in 28 days so I wouldn't worry that much about it.

"Negative history" I have had 1 game ban in total.

Truth joined a vc with lexx right after the warn was given out and truth asked "why was i warned, like what did I do"
Lexx replied "nick kosed me when I was a t and you were also a t so you are in discord metagaming with him"
Truth replied "is that it"
Lexx said "yeah"

 

Now, if you have atleast half a brain you can see how stupid that is as truth and I weren't even talking at that time. 

I don't think staff should be allowed to hand out punishments with no proof. 
If you are gonna claim that you have proof then you are full of shit because no one metagamed.
All I did was kos lexx (cause I fell off a building and was about to die, he then reported me and didn't slay me but instead give truth and I a warning for metagaming.
I couldn't care less about the warning as it doesn't affect me, I was more concerned for truth getting one for literally just being on the game.
Can't believe I just got asked for "proof" that I DIDNT metagame. Giving me arcadia vibes from this shit. Got permanently banned on arcadia for asking someone to drop me their gun next round.
If you don't realise the mistake lexx made then you need to stop protecting the staff as if they are some sort of pet. Acknowledge on the fact they make mistakes and stop trying to justify them "oh he meant keep yourself safe so i believe him" "oh well he said you did when multiple other people on the server said it didn't happen" 


Claiming that lexx has no history of telling users to kill themselves is a joke.
perhaps you should look up his message history in the discord.

If something happens to you regardless of whether it is convenient for you or not, you should use your brain and not your emotions.
You are a man, men act with logic so I suggest you work on that and not use your feelings as a defence mechanism. not even insulting at this point, just giving you feedback

Another thing is the fact that if I was "metagaming" then why tf would I call you out on your own, I don't know you, I don't think i have ever really spoke to you before either so I have no need to start metagaming to kos you like tf. From what I see of you now though, god damn I feel bad for you parents.

this thread shouldn't exist if every time someone makes a complaint about a player you play it down.

 

Also menace, never really had a problem with you but like I mentioned before, you gotta stop defending people when they are in the wrong, regardless if they are staff or not.

Yeah i know the warn expires in 28 days but if I keep getting warned for doing nothing wrong then It will result in a ban for no reason.

no monk, you need to show evidence I did something wrong to begin with.
I shouldn't have to have game capture open everytime i want to play flux so I don't get banned.
I know you as well as 70% of the staff team don't like me and I don't care, I don't play flux to come say hello to you, I play the game to have fun, just like everyone else so I shouldn't have to start compiling evidence that I did nothing wrong just so I can keep playing the game.

Aside from this 'report' derailing into un-necerssary argument and name calling, I think the punisher team have what information they need from the current report. I'm going to lock this until a decision is made, or until a time where most comments aren't ground down to just petty comments.
