Description of incident:

First and foremost, I would like to begin with I do not have a vendetta against the player in question, this is just a post from the community and I am taking it upon myself to post this so any backlash will be sent my way and everyone will be kept anonymous per there request.

- Personally I have had a terrible experience with Trey ever since he received his role as staff, he has terrible judgement of reports and cannot for the life of him work on it, he just cannot get better. He is a total softy with any insult towards him complains in staff chat, contributes nothing to the community besides complain, logs on the server once every 3 weeks (on a side note its ridiculous that people get staff and barely play at all or contribute to the community) and the only time he was in the Flux discord was him being deafened and recording the conversations.

@ lexx the perc gremlin It would be helpful to see screenshots or evidence of the various claims you've made in your bulletpoints. Without evidence, this really just comes across as an opinion piece.

Everyone is welcome to their opinions on staff, but if you want to accuse a staff member of misconduct, having evidence to back your claims is a must.

I do not understand why you take the time to make these reports and go through the trouble of fabricating lies about me. I would consider this a personal vendetta . You follow your report with zero evidence and mostly opinion based comments.

regardless of what the opinions are trey, i think that you should just take this as an opportunity to be better than all those statements said even if they are not true. instead of taking it as a personal threat, convert everything and make it feedback.  i know you and lux are angry and im not sure why lux cause nothing has been said about him. but you are the bigger bloke here.

Honestly i would also love to see the evidence just as much as you do, i doubt i would be able to find any but again i was just preaching what i have been told, some may or may not be true but besides what i said with my personal experience i can promise everything else is said by others

Well it appears to me that the people who have told you, may very well be taking the mickey out of you and myself. If this wasn't the case they would come forward themselves as evidence would get action to be taken. I still fail to understand why you would make a report speaking from the first person about issues with no solid evidence to back it up. However, with you admitting that there is no evidence you have received may we close this thread?

Just as I replied to Lux, id like nothing more than evidence, and again not a vendetta im just preaching what i have been told about you past couple days, this mainly stemmed about how inactive the Flux team is and i also made a thread about that too. I 100% agree with what Golden said though, find this as way to improve.

Youre just taking this as a threat instead of criticism, at this point you seem more guilty than innocent

Not angry, I feel I've been reasonably neutral in regards to this all.

Just pointing out the fact that there has been a lot said without evidence to back it up. 
I don't think it's fair that anyone is accused of something without sufficent evidence to back the claim.

If any community members feel that staff are misusing their rank or powers, we absolutely want to know. It is however vital to back these claims with substantial evidence. This ensures a fair and just trial for all parties involved. 

You have not provided substantial evidence to back the claims that you have made, rendering this report invalid.
You are more than welcome to create another report in future, but it would be much to your benefit to have evidence to support your claims.

I feel everyone has had their chance to say their piece, so I'll be closing this thread now.
