Reporting STEAM_0:0:54984558 for Toxic Behaviour

Description of incident:

Was playing a normal round of TTT when a player (whose name i forgot) was T baiting by shooting near my player. I for one don't care about people saying "missclick" because too many times I've listen to them and they turned out to be a T. Regardless it's T baiting. I killed the player in question and was reported. I gave my response and he did not forgive. @ Trey  responded to the report and slayed me moments after without checking death scene. I strongly believe Trey is not fit as a member of staff as I have heard other players complain about Trey's ability to read the situation / report. I have been playing Flux for quite some time and have barely any slays under my name, I know what is right and wrong and Trey is setting a terrible example of the Flux Staff team.

I understand lexx you have a grudge from me not taking something as a joke which you still haven't enlightened me with. However, as staff it requires me to look at reports from both players point of view and to determine whether it was T-baiting or not. From the evidence provided via Death Scene/Shot logs (as well as personally seeing this unfold.) i determined it was RDM. I am sorry that you see it this way however.

I hold no grudge against you, besides finding it very weird that you just sit in voice chat for long periods of time without saying anything at all and recording conversations and I'm sure if other people knew you did that they would also be bit uncomfortable around you. Besides that I have nothing against until now with your terrible judgement, if anything i believe you have a grudge against me for not "enlightening you about a joke".

Idk if members are allowed to respond to these sort of reports, but I will say that I was the player in question that made the ingame report. However, I do find it quite ironic that you are reporting Trey for "Toxic Behaviour" when you immediately called him the f slur when he autoslayed you. Also, prior to the report about T baiting, you reported me for mistakenly killing you (which was fair because I did make a mistake) and in that report you used the r slur and proceeded to insult me and call me a Neanderthal. So whilst I can't really comment on whether Trey is or isn't "fit for a member of staff" I do want to say that you were the far more toxic player in these incidents.

Guess I apologise for using the f slur. And i do not apologise for using the r slur on you because what you did was out of with world and made no sense to kill me so it was the correct slur to use. also you forgot to mention the clip of Trey targeting me very blatantly and me even asking another player in game that was watching him the entire time chase me and not any other player near me, and how Trey sits in the Flux discord for ages without speaking just to get clear audio of everyone because he records everything, not clips actually records everything, safe to say youre biased

Yes, I did mistake you for the person who was KOSed, but that still doesn't make it right for you to use slurs. I personally do not care what people call me or say to me as i've played this game for little over a decade now so i'm used to it, but that still doesn't make your actions any less toxic. The only real reason i'm commenting on this thread is because I just find it super hypocritical for you to try call someone else out for toxicity when you were the one acting and using aggressive/toxic language, which your reply here also further cements.

As for Trey targeting you, the player that was watching him in-game was yet again me. Now even though he chased you for roughly 5ish seconds, you were the only one close to him the entire time. I also find it difficult to accept one instance of him trying to knife you as targeted harassment when the issue about the slays happened on an earlier map. Now I don't know the history between you two, I don't necessarily know what the staff team here accepts as "targeting", and I also could not care less if this ends up being deemed targeting (no offence Trey). The reason that I didn't mention the clip in my first response is because it's not really up to me to decide.

I just honestly think you need to look in the mirror before trying to call out other people for "Toxic Behaviour". This is really my only issue with this report.

If you were use to it then you wouldnt of put effort into that paragraph lol. I didnt orginally call Trey out for being toxic, it was his poor judgement skills until he started targeting me and harassing me.

I don't know if you are just not reading what i'm saying or if you can't understand it, but you keep missing the point of my comments. I'm not here to defend or accuse Trey on anything, all i'm doing is providing a whole lot more context to these "incidents" and highlighting hypocrisy where I see it. 

As for evidence of you being the only person near him, your own clip of the situation shows no one around you and trey as he tried to knife you. The closest other person was myself (Kylo Ren skin) and I had just come around the corner of the lego house next to the table

Ok buddy no problem. Remember i was only toxic for this rare occasion because i was provoked. Im not denying being toxic but im not toxic for no reason, only issue i have had was with Trey today for obvious reasons and only recently BennyS and YaboiBangs because they were non stop harassing another player and constantly break the rules.

In my clip you can only see a portion of the area. Plus you even said yourself Trey went straight for me.

Hello @ lexx the perc gremlin thank you for the report.

Unfortunately there are a couple of discrepancies that make this report invalid.

Just to clear the air, a player/staff/anyone is allowed to target anyone on the server as they see fit as long as they confide in the games rules and are being respectful.

Evidence suggests you have been a little toxic to some community members, however this is not the topic of discussion so moving forward. After looking into the slay, reporting to the player who made the report and looking over the report reasons and responses, I can deem that the person "t baiting" was shooting a box at spawn. This does not constitute as T baiting, and I apologies if you believed otherwise. 

I would suggest in the future keeping comments and remarks about other players outside of this community, as this in turn can cause issues for you.
