About Nick:

I have been playing on Flux Servers for approximately 2 years now. I've got to know a lot of people on the server and have developed a healthy relationship with most.

I've being playing gmod since i was 10 years old and have been through my childish stage of revenge rdm and breaking other rules like that. I always wanted to be a moderator on other gmod servers but would never be accepted due to the toxicity that I presented through my communication to other and obviously, how I played the game.

Since then I have matured a lot and I feel as though it is my time to try this position and what better place to have it then flux.

 

Reason for Application:

I am applying because I feel as thought flux is in need of more staff and they need someone responsible to be put in that position. From time to time the people on flux make mistakes or even blatantly break the rules and as staff I think i would do a great job at enforcing the rules to make sure everyone has a great time. I am regularly active in game and with the community so I believe I would make a great fit.

 

Previous Experience:

I've never been staff on a gmod server before. I've once owned a discord server but that is about it. I'm hoping this will be able to change though.

I think people giving -1 without reason or context should't be taken into consideration if they are too lazy to write anything.

Nick is a well known player and a core part of the Flux community who understands the balance of having fun and following the TTT rules well. 

I think the addition of Nick to the staff team would be a nice touch and may further diversify the personalities already present within the active staff team in game.

-1 this is an absolute no brainer you rdm so often and you're generally toxic, you aren't active on the discord and you constantly map exploit whenever you get the chance. The amount of times i see you in reports because you've propkilled is not good an i don't think you're fit for staff.
I suggest you clean up your act before applying.

Rdming is one thing I try to avoid,  if I do it then I usually own up and take the slay to it, I don’t propkill as often as what you’re making it seem, I have in the past but it’s not a common reoccurrence. A lot of maps on Flux have secret knife rooms and easter eggs through out them, I think they add a nice little touch to the game but sometimes, from these locations there are parts of the map that are able to be exploited and make you untouchable or get you outside the map. If nobody was to find these places they would never be fixed, there has only ever been one time I was properly outside a map and I used !stuck to try and get out. I appreciate your comment Kat, though I don’t see myself as toxic, I’ll try to be less toxic more from here on out.

I had to think about this one, come back to playing the game and see how you are etc.

 

Here's my issue with ur application. From what I have gathered on the server prior to your application you have been toxic and you have been properly killing in an RDM manner. Leading up to the application however you have subdued your behaviour to a positive manner which is good.

 

But my fear is that as people often do, this may or may not be in credit towards you applying for moderator. Kudos for applying, but I believe for an actual change in behaviour it requires no less than a couple of months of progress to not only show others that you can be a good candidate for mod, but it also helps you train yourself in becoming that person.

 

Unfortunately, despite your willingness to change ur behaviour, not enough time has passed to convince me that I would trust you I  handling matters on the server as a moderator would. So therefore i will be -1 you for now.

I admit and agree with you that I use to RDM on occasion but due to wanting this position I came to the conclusion that to obtain It I would need to do less of that and act as more of a role model for the server and the people playing as well as the community in general. Due to the sudden change many may think I am simply putting on a charade just to get the position and then go back to my old ways but obviously Moderator is easily taken away if abused so that just wouldn’t make much sense. I applied for one reason and one reason only. Thank you however for your comment.
